Does the GNARBOX support my file type?

Do both versions of the GNARBOX come with Adobe Lightroom?
Yes!  There is no difference between the 128gb and 256gb models other than storage size.  Both GNARBOX's come with the same software functionalities.

Does the GNARBOX work with iPhone only?
The GNARBOX works with both iOS and Android devices!  That being said, you will want to read this article for information on Android limitations.

Does the GNARBOX work with an iPad?
Absolutely!  There is currently no iPad-specific app, but the GNARBOX app works great (arguably best) on an iPad :)

How do I connect my iPhone to the GNARBOX?
iPhone integration for iOS 11 has changed to wireless support only (for now).  Step-by-step instructions on how to get files from your phone to your GNARBOX can be found here.  Wired integration for iOS 11 devices is expected to be released with our new operating system due in February.

How do I connect my GNARBOX to my computer?
You'll need to turn your GNARBOX into "Mass Storage Mode" in order for your computer to recognize your GNARBOX as a device.  Further instructions as well as troubleshooting issues are available here.

I can't remember my WiFi password.  Can I reset it?
Absolutely!  Check out the step-by-step instructions on resetting your GNARBOX WiFi here.

I keep trying to update my firmware, but it's not working.  What can I do?
Not to worry!  This is a pretty common issue and something our developers are eagerly working on resolving.  In the meantime, you can easily update your GNARBOX by manually installing the new software.  Head on over to this article for step-by-step instructions.
