Batch export is a useful tool for saving multiple files to your device's camera roll. This allows you to edit multiple clips or photos and then save them to your device all at once, saving you time and effort. It also allows you to batch export RAW image files for easy editing in a 3rd party editing app! We will detail both of these workflows below.

It's important to note that you can batch export files that are on your GNARBOX already, or export them directly from your camera card

How it Works

First, select the images you wish to batch export

Next, tap the Share button and choose Save to Camera Roll

GNARBOX will begin to prepare your files for export, and then perform the export. Hit done once the transfer has completed. While the transfer is downloading to your phone, be sure to stay in the app!

Once your transfer has completed, you'll be given a status report regarding transfer success, which will allow you to retry any files that failed to transfer the first time.

Batch Export To Camera Roll for Editing in Lightroom Mobile

After performing the initial steps to export your chosen files to your device's camera roll, you can bring these files directly into Lightroom Mobile for editing. Once in Lightroom Mobile, all files will sync with your Adobe Creative Cloud account, and any adjustments will appear across devices and in Lightroom for desktop.

Start out by opening Lightroom Mobile, choose Camera Roll from the bottom menu, then tap the three dots in the top right corner and hit Select

Next, select the images you wish to import into your Lightroom Mobile Collection

Open your Lightroom Mobile collection, and all your imported photos will now be available to edit!

With the addition of the batch export functionality, GNARBOX now gives you even more ways to boost your mobile editing workflow, creating a seamless path between GNARBOX and your phone.
